Many people today do not realize the vast effects both visually and psychologically of the propaganda that the German National Socialist Party (N.S.D.A.P.) or Nazi Party promulgated from 1932 to 1945. In particular the large stunning visual effects of the massive Nazi Banners that became synonymous with the Nuremberg Party Rallies from 1923 to 1939. One of these flags is exhibited opposite to the display case pictured above. The artifacts that are exhibited are war booty that local veterans have brought back from overseas with them and donated to the Museum in subsequent years.
