At the Museum we have a collection of over 9000 veteran records for Elgin County. We document military involvement from before the Boer War to present day military activities. If you have relatives that were in the Armed Services or are currently serving please let us know. The standard request form for veterans information should be filled out and mailed or emailed to the museum, along with any other information you can provide. The form has been placed at the bottom of this page for download in Adobe Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Word, and Printable format. If you require Acrobat Reader to view this document a link to download this program is also at the bottom of this page. If you have any other information on your family member we would love to have a copy of it to add to our files. If you are researching your family genealogy and have some relatives that served in the Armed Service please contact us if we could help in researching these details.
