Private Harold L. Bowlby

Harold Bowlby joined the Canadian Army in November 1950 and received extensive paratrooper training at both Camp Borden and the Canadian Forces Base in Calgary. After training he was assigned to Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry Airborne, and served in Korea, Japan, England, and at the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. Shortly after the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, Bowlby was discharged from active service.
