Nazi Propaganda
Many people today do not realize the vast effect, both visual and psychological, of the propaganda produced by the German National Socialist Party or Nazi Party from 1932 to 1945. In particular, the stunning visual effects of the massive Nazi Banners that became synonymous with the Nuremberg Party Rallies from 1923 to 1939. One of these flags is exhibited opposite the display case pictured above. The artifacts in the case above are war booty that local veterans brought back from overseas and donated to the Museum in subsequent years.
